Terms of use

These terms explain the rules for using 50/50 Cut, also called 对半切, at https://5050cut.com. The site is operated by WebPaws Studio. If you continue to use the game or another page on this site, you accept these rules. This page is not legal advice about your own situation. It describes how the game already works. It does not add a feature, a reward, or a promise that the game does not already have.

Permission to play

WebPaws Studio lets you play 50/50 Cut for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may open the site in a browser and play. This permission does not let you sell or rent access to the game, and it does not let you present the game as your own product. Playing does not transfer the site, the name 50/50 Cut, the 3D scene, or the 3D models. Those models are not CC0. Their sources are described on the About page. A commercial use that this section does not allow is not granted.

Leaderboard nicknames

The game has no sign-in. Your leaderboard nickname and a random device id are stored in this browser. You choose the nickname. It must be 2 to 12 characters long. Do not enter a real name, a phone number, or a URL. The characters that are accepted are letters (including Chinese), numbers, spaces, and the marks . _ - · . A nickname that contains http:, https:, www., or @ is rejected. A title shown under the nickname can only be the name of an achievement you have already unlocked. How the leaderboard id works, how you rename, and how you ask for a row to be removed are set out on the Privacy page. Follow that page. These terms do not add another deletion method.

Virtual items

Tokens in the game, and what those tokens are spent on inside the game, are virtual. That spending covers a retry cut (再试刀), a guide (准星), and calling an item you have already cut (点名). They have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money, and they cannot be redeemed for goods or services outside the game. Finishing a rewarded ad, sharing from the shop, or reaching a score streak adds tokens only in the way the current game already does. This site has no checkout for buying those items with real money. A save code can move the save in this browser to another device of yours. Import overwrites the save on that device. The rules for that transfer are on the Privacy page. Moving a save is not a way to cash out tokens.

Advertising

In production, ads are Google web game ads. A rewarded video loads and plays only when you tap Watch ad (看广告) in the shop. Tokens are given only after you finish watching. If no ad is available, the game tells you, and it does not deduct progress you already have. If you close the ad before it counts as finished, that view does not give tokens, and the game still does not deduct progress you already have. When no ad is available, the game does not charge you for the missing ad. How Google uses advertising cookies is described on the Privacy page. This page does not set up a separate cookie program.

Disclaimer

Nothing on this page limits a right that the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other law says cannot be limited. To the extent Malaysian law allows, the operator is not liable for loss of a local save, loss of a leaderboard row, or time spent playing.

Operator, law, and contact

The operator is WebPaws Studio. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the English version controls. Questions about these terms go to jaydentay429@gmail.com. To ask for a leaderboard row to be removed, follow the steps already written on the Privacy page and the Contact page: copy the leaderboard id from the rename dialog and email it with that request. The save code is the account key. Do not send it to other people.
